Why do I see CODABOX as Peppol access point? |
Codabox has a Peppol access point.
It is used by Codabox but also by a number of softwares that register companies on Peppol, allowing them to send/receive e-invoices.
If you see 'Codabox' as the access point, there are 2 possible reasons:
- your software registered the company on Peppol (via the Codabox access point),
- your accountant activated the VOILA service by Codabox (in order to automatically receive your purchase invoices).
How to DEREGISTER from the Codabox access point? |
Deregistering a company cannot be done by the access point but only via the third party that registered it on Peppol.
➟ Contact the software that did the Peppol registration.
⍰ Don't know who registered the company on Peppol?
Try these options:
- Check the company's Doccle account to see if there is a Peppol connection (possibly the company was registered on Peppol via Doccle).
- Open the company's Doccle account.
- Go to 'Preferences' and choose 'My companies' in the left menu.

- Do you see the company name with a green Peppol connection?
Click the 3 dots and choose 'Remove company'.
Note: it may take up to 48 hours for the Peppol netwerk to process this deregistration. Until then, the company cannot be registered elsewhere. - Does the company also have a DocclePro subscription?
Check this via the 'Account settings' and ask community@doccle.be to cancel it.
- Check which (other) software(s) you use to receive purchase invoices and ask to deregister the company from Peppol.
- Ask your accountant if the company is registered on Codabox's VOILA service (to automatically receive your purchase invoices). Your accountant can unsubscribe the company from this service that uses Peppol.
