Why do I see CODABOX as Peppol access point? |
Codabox has created a Peppol access point that is used by a number of softwares. These softwares use the Codabox access point to register companies on Peppol, allowing them to send/receive e-invoices.
Do you see that your company is registered on the 'Codabox' access point?
➟ Codabox does not register customers on Peppol. This registration was done by your software. Deregistering needs to be done via this software.
How to DEREGISTER from the Codabox access point? |
Deregistering a company from the access point can only be done via the software that registered it on Peppol. Codabox does not register customers on Peppol and cannot do the deregistration.
➟ Contact your software asking to deregister the company from Peppol.
⍰ Don't know which software registered the company on Peppol (via the Codabox access point)?
Try these options:
- In the company's Doccle account (via browser or app), go to ‘Connections'. If you see Peppol, you can delete the connection yourself via the 3 dots.
For questions, contact Doccle via community@doccle.be.
- Ask your accountant if the company is registered on Codabox's VOILA service. Your accountant can then unsubscribe the company from this service that uses Peppol.
- Check which (other) software(s) you use to receive purchase invoices and ask to deregister the company from Peppol.
