You want to register a company on Peppol, but you received the notification that you must first unsubscribe the company from the current access point.
→ Contact the software that did the registration on Peppol and ask to deregister it from Peppol.
Don't know through which access point the company is registered on Peppol or which software did the registration?
Check in which software you receive purchase invoices.
Is that not clear? Then follow these instructions.
- Look up the company via the Peppol Participant Information site.
- As the identifier value, fill in the company registration number, preceded by ‘0208:’
OR try the VAT number preceded by '9925:BE'
For example:
- Click ‘Show details’.
- Scroll down to ‘Document type details’. You'll see the access point indicated next to ‘Endpoint URL/Technical info’.
- Is the name of the access point the same as the name of your software? Contact your software asking to unsubscribe the company from Peppol.
- Does the access point name not help you to identify the software? Check which software(s) you are using and contact them asking them to unsubscribe the company from Peppol.
